Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our items our refund and returns are limited to faulty items. Faulty items may be either refunded or exchanged depending on availability of items and customer preference.

No refund or return will be accepted for change of mind orders that have been processed with custom design.

Additionally gift cards or downloadable software products are non-refundable.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return of the item in question. Where an item is unable to be returned a partial credit may be offered.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow up to a week for your refund to be processed by your bank or intermediary payment service. If your refund does not appear after a week, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs will be negotiable on a case by case scenario. If we deem it necessary the cost of return shipping may fall on you.
